9-72-110 Owner and operator liable.
   The owner and operator of the vehicle shall be jointly and severally liable for any claims, losses, expenses or damages incurred by the city for any injury to persons or damage to public or private property caused, in whole or in part, by the operation of the vehicle in violation of any weight limitations imposed by this chapter, or any term or condition of a permit issued under Section 9-72-070.
