8-26-080 Gun offender community notification.

   The superintendent shall post the name and address of every registered gun offender on the department's publicly available web site, and shall make the name and address of every registered gun offender in the gun offender registry database searchable with a mapping system which identifies registered gun offenders within 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 mile of an identified address. The information shall be updated as deemed necessary by the superintendent.

8-26-090 Rules and regulations.

   The superintendent has the authority to promulgate rules and regulations for the implementation of this chapter and to prescribe all forms and the information required.

8-26-100 Violation – Penalty.

   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $300.00 nor more than $500.00 or be incarcerated for a term not to exceed six months, or both. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
