7-24-096 Seizure and forfeiture.
   All drug paraphernalia defined in Section 720 ILCS 600/2, subparagraph (5), and including glass tubing utilized for the ingestion of cocaine or crack cocaine, is subject to forfeiture and may be seized by any peace officer. The seizure and forfeiture shall be made in accordance with rules issued by the superintendent of police or his designee.
