It shall be unlawful for any apothecary, druggist, or pharmacist, or any employee of the same, or any other person to give away, sell, or offer or expose for sale at retail in the city any bichloride of mercury, otherwise known as corrosive sublimate, in the dry form, except in colored tablets enclosed in a sealed container of glass. Said glass container shall be conspicuously labeled with the word "poison" in red letters. Each tablet in said container shall also be individually wrapped and the wrapper shall have conspicuously placed thereon the word "poison" in plain letters.
