4-336-060 Violation – Penalty.
   Any person who engages in the business of plumbing contractor without obtaining a certificate of registration as herein provided for, or who violates this chapter, shall be fined in accordance with Section 14A-3-302 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
