2-96-010 Establishment – Composition.
   There is hereby established an executive department of the municipal government of the City, which shall be known as the Office of Public Safety Administration. The Office shall include the Executive Director of Public Safety Administration, and such deputies, assistants, and other employees as may be provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance. All employees of the Office shalt be under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director and shall perform such duties as may be required of them by the Executive Director or by the provisions of this Code.
