2-74-140 Removal of member of human resources board – Conditions.
   The mayor may, in the mayor's discretion, remove any member of the human resources board for incompetence, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. The mayor shall forthwith notify the city council in writing of any such removal. Any vacancy created by such removal by the mayor shall be filled by the mayor pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-74-040.
