18-11-1109.17.2 Exceptions to required accessible means of egress.

   A means of egress and an accessible area of rescue assistance are not required for the following:

   1.   This section is not applicable within dwelling units and sleeping units required by Sections 18-11-1107.5.2 through 18-11-1107.5.5.

   2.   Accessible means of egress are not required for multi-story townhouses.

   3.   Accessible means of egress are not required for dwelling units and sleeping units that are required to be visitable.
