As used in this chapter:
“Roofer” means any person engaged in the business of repairing, recoating, altering or changing roofs of buildings or other structures within the city with tile, plate, sheet metal, mastic and gravel roofing, ready roofing over shingles, asphalt and asphalt shingle roofing, and felt composition roofing, or any other kind of prepared roofing, and who shall use a vehicle in and about such business.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a roofer without obtaining a limited business license.

An application for said license shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this Code relating to applications for licenses. In addition, the applicant shall state the number and description of each and every vehicle used by the applicant in and about the said business.

The fee for a limited business license shall be as set forth in Section 4-5-010 .
