Wherever used in this Article XIV, the terms “age”, “religion”, “disability”, “sexual orientation”, “marital status”, “parental status”, “military status”, “gender identity” and “source of income” shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2-160-020 of this Code. The term “credit history” shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2-160-020 and Section 2-160-053 .
