2-116-210  Display of license – Reports – Investigation of complaints.
   The department of buildings shall require all appropriate licenses to be exhibited for examination by inspectors or employees of the department. The building department shall report to the board of examiners of stationary engineers the names and addresses, if known, and the locations of employment of all persons and the name and address of the person or entity employing any persons engaged in the operation of a boiler who are not properly licensed for the current year or who are not performing their duties in accordance with the provisions of this Code. The department of buildings, upon request of the board of examiners of stationary engineers, shall also investigate complaints of violation of this Code received by the board and submit a report of the investigation with recommendations for disposition of the complaint to the board.
