§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates §§ 90.01, and 90.04 through 90.08, shall be fined not more than $150 together with the costs in such case.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 90.03 shall be fined not more than $150.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 90.02(A), (C), or (D) shall be fined not more than $300 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both. Whoever violates § 90.02(B) shall be fined not more than $150. No person shall be imprisoned for the first offense.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 90.09 shall be fined not more than $150.
