All dogs when not under control of or with the owner or a member of the owner’s family, or held on a leash not to exceed ten feet in length by a responsible person, must be kept on the premises of the owner. All pens, cages, and other enclosures must conform with the requirements of § 150.06(K)(5) of the Cheviot Code of Ordinances.
