§ 50-36 NONCOMPLIANCE.

Any material breach or failure to abide by this chapter by the waste hauler shall be grounds for suspension of the license issued by Eaton County. Failure to abide by this chapter shall constitute a municipal civil infraction. Each day of violation is considered a separate offense.
