(A) The waste hauler shall provide an adequate number of vehicles for regular collection services. All vehicles and other equipment shall be kept in good repair, appearance and in a sanitary condition at all times.
(B) All vehicles used to collect waste shall be subject to the rules, regulations and ordinances of the city governing the collection and disposal of waste.
(C) All such vehicles, except while in use collecting waste, shall be parked outside the city limits.
