§ 50-41 COMPLAINTS.
   (A)   All complaints will be directed to the waste hauler and shall be given prompt and courteous attention. In the case of alleged misscheduled collections, the waste hauler shall investigate and, if such allegations are verified, shall arrange for the collection of the uncollected waste within 24 hours after the complaint is received. The waste hauler shall furnish a toll free number or a 543 city extension number for the use of residents served.
   (B)   The waste hauler shall maintain an office or such other facilities at which contact can be made by the general public. It shall be equipped with sufficient telephones and shall have a responsible person in charge during normal business hours.
   (C)   A permanent record of all complaints shall be maintained by the waste hauler. The waste hauler shall supply to the city, upon request by the City Manager, a list of all complaints from customers and the action taken to correct the complaints. Failure to reply to this request may result in suspension of the waste hauler's license.
