The City or the City's designee may, pursuant to the right of inspection provision of section 2-1-17, inspect any and all Mobile Food Concessionaires operating under this Chapter to determine whether the Vendor is complying with the provisions of this Chapter, regulations established under this Chapter, and/or other applicable law.
