ADOPTING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 539

   AN ORDINANCE FOR REVISING, CODIFYING AND COMPILING THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CASCADE, IDAHO.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASCADE, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. That all ordinances of a general and permanent nature now in force in the City of Cascade, Idaho, as revised, codified and compiled and hereinafter set forth, be, and the same are hereby adopted, passed, published and declared to be the compiled ordinances of the City of Cascade, Idaho, pursuant to Chapter 9, Title 50, Idaho Code, empowering any City to revise, codify and compile its ordinances.

   Section 2. That such ordinances as so compiled shall be cited as the "Cascade City Code".

   Section 3. That this ordinance and all said ordinances of a general and permanent nature compiled and codified as above provided, shall be in full force and effect upon the passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance in one issue of The Long Valley Advocate Subscriber, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Cascade, and the official newspaper thereof.
