2-1-17: INSPECTION:

   (A)   It shall be the duty of the building inspector to inspect the construction of all buildings and structures covered by this chapter for compliance with the design plans and for conformity to the Cascade building code or as subsequently amended.

   (B)   It shall be the duty of a permit holder to notify the building inspector at least twenty four (24) hours prior to time of inspection, exclusive of Sundays and holidays, that he will be ready for inspection at a stipulated time. He will request an inspector to perform the inspection within twenty four (24) hours of the stipulated time for the inspection and shall, after said twenty four (24) hours without being inspected, be allowed to proceed with work the same as if the inspection had been made and the work found to be satisfactory.

   (C)   The inspector may waive any inspection of a permit holder in writing. (Ord. 660, 5-28-2013)
