8-15-1: SPEED OF TRAINS:
No railway company shall by itself, agent or employees, run any passenger train upon or along any railroad track within the corporate limits of the city at a greater rate of speed than fifteen (15) miles an hour, nor shall any such corporation by itself, agent or employees, run any freight car or cars upon or along any railroad track within the city at a greater rate of speed than fifteen (15) miles per hour. 8-15-3: LIGHTS AT NIGHT:
Any locomotive engine, railroad car or train of cars running in the nighttime on any railroad track in the city shall have and keep, while so running, a brilliant and conspicuous light on the forward end of such locomotive engine, car or train of cars. If such engine or train be backing, it shall have a conspicuous light on the rear car or engine, so as to show the direction such car or train is moving. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 37, Sec. 4)
8-15-4: LOADING, UNLOADING:
No person owning or operating railroad cars shall be allowed to deposit or place in the street, any lumber or other material, nor shall they load or unload any car from the street, nor erect or maintain any switch house or other building upon any street, highway or alley within the city. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 37, Sec. 5)
8-15-5: BELLS, WHISTLES:
   (A)   Whistles, Use Limited: No railroad company shall cause or allow the whistle of any locomotive engine to be sounded within the city, except necessary brake signals, and such as may be absolutely necessary to prevent injury to life or property. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 37, Sec. 6)
   (B)   Bells To Be Rung: The bell of each locomotive engine shall be rung continually while said engine is running within the city. (R.O. 1959, Ch. 36, Sec. 7)
