357.02 STANDING PROHIBITED.

(a) After such emergency has been declared, no person, during the period of the emergency, shall park or cause or permit to remain standing his motor vehicle on both sides of those streets or portions thereof named in Section 357.04.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
