503.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any minor violating the provisions of Sections 503.02, 503.03, 503.04(a) and 503.05(b) or (c) shall be guilty of an act of unruliness and shall be cited to the Stark County Juvenile Court.

(b) Any parent, guardian or other adult person violating the provisions of Sections 503.03, 503.04, 503.05 (b), (c), (d) or (e) and 503.06(a) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. For a second or any subsequent violation of these sections, such parent, guardian or other adult person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
