The funds collected under this chapter from establishments located within the HOF Fitness TDD (Tourism Development District) created by Ordinance No. 128/2020 are designated for and shall be directed and deposited to the HOF Fitness TDD Fund established by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 175/2020, which funds shall be used for the purpose of fostering and developing tourism in the HOF Fitness TDD and further the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens, properly owners and visitors of the City of Canton, all of which this Council acknowledges are uses that are a proper public purpose. For avoidance of doubt, any funds collected under this chapter that are not specifically allocated to a fund pursuant to this Section 185.183, Section 185.182, Section 185.181 or Section 185.18 are designated for and deposited to the General Fund of the City.
