185.18 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.
   The funds collected under this chapter for establishments located within the City but which are not located within the TDD (Tourism Development District) created by Ordinance No. 260/2016 are designated for and deposited to the General Fund of the City. The funds collected under this chapter from establishments located within the TDD shall be directed to the HOFV Fund established by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 18/2017, which funds shall be used to support the development, construction, financing and maintenance of improvements located within or otherwise serving the TDD, which improvements are more generally known as the "Hall of Fame Village Redevelopment project" and are generally depicted on the Master Plan in Exhibit B, attached to original Ordinance 19/2017 and incorporated herein by reference, for such period of time as may be required for the repayment of debt issued in relation to said redevelopment activities, including any refunding or refinancing of such debt, and for the provision of services in the TDD and maintenance, repair and replacement of improvements located within the TDD. Following repayment of all such debt, the funds collected under this chapter from establishments located within the TDD, unless otherwise designated by the Council, are again designated for and shall be deposited to the General Fund of the City.
