1196.12 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ADOPTED ORDINANCE.

Failure to comply with the plans, drawings, schedules, and texts adopted as a part of the ordinance for the Planned District zone change shall cause the property to revert to the zoning classification that it had been designated immediately previous to the Planned District zone change. (Ord. 147-2018. Passed 7-2-18.)
