1194.09 ZONING PERMIT FEE EXEMPTION FOR GOVERNMENT STRUCTURES.

The Director of Public Safety is authorized to waive fees required pursuant to Section 1186.08 for zoning permits for any structures located within the City of Canton which are owned by any political subdivision or governmental entity. Such waiver shall be made in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Safety. (Ord. 147-2018. Passed 7-2-18.)
