(a) A fee shall accompany each application for a zoning permit and shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund in accordance with the following schedule of amounts:
(b) Every zoning permit shall state that the building or the proposed use of a building or land complies with all provisions of law. A record of all zoning permits shall be kept on file in the office of the Zoning Inspector, and copies shall be furnished on request to any person.
