1176.04 ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES.

Accessory uses and structures that are customarily accessory and incidental to a permitted principal use are allowed in the Target Investment Zones. Residential, commercial, and mixed-use accessory uses and structures shall comply with the requirements for the underlying zones.

Parking is permitted as an accessory use to any permitted principal use and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 1179 unless otherwise stated in Section 1176.05 below.
