The General Development Plan shall include common open space that comprises at least 20 percent of the overall project area. The location, shape, size, and character of the common open space shall be suitable for the development. Open space shall include the following:
(a) Amenity or recreational uses including public or private sports fields, parks, plazas, and similar uses used for active or passive recreation;
(b) Wooded or natural areas;
(c) Walking/biking trails;
(d) Water courses; and
(e) Other similar amenities as approved by the Commission (and Council).
