(a) Repeal. Chapters 1121 through 1169 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Canton as part of Ordinance 55-77 as passed by Canton City Council on 2-14-1977 are hereby repealed or amended and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances of the City in conflict with this Zoning Ordinance or inconsistent with the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance are also hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Zoning Ordinance full force and effect.
(b) Validity. Should any section or provision of this Zoning Ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Zoning Ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
