1312.02 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT REQUIRED; CONDITIONS.

Every transaction dealing with general construction between a general construction contractor and an owner of property in the City shall conform with the requirements of Ohio R.C. Sections 1345.21 to 1345.28. (Ord. 271-2017. Passed 12-18-17.)
