The intent of the adoption of the Property Maintenance Code is to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Canton, Ohio, is maintained in existing structures. This code shall not create a conflict with any State of Ohio adopted Building Code. Nothing in this Chapter 1351 shall be deemed to invalidate or repeal any provisions in Chapters 1313, 1315 or 1317 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Canton, Ohio.
