If the interview committee unanimously recommends the removal of a candidate from the eligibility list, the committee shall notify the Chief of the Police or Fire Department who shall in turn forward such notice to the Safety Director. The Safety Director may request the Civil Service Commission to omit such individual from future certification on the eligibility list described in Section 157.04.
