(a) Pursuant to the Ohio Building Code, the Chief Building Official or his designee (Plans Examiner), shall require the applicant to furnish triplicate copies of complete plans for the proposed construction, installation, alteration or repair of any plumbing before a permit is issued.
(b) Fees for processing and the inspection of plans and specifications for commercial buildings shall be as set forth in Section 1303.04.

(c) Fees charged for plans examinations for new or remodeled one-, two- or three- family dwellings shall be as set forth in Section 1303.04.
