1315.04 EXEMPTIONS FROM APPLICABILITY OF CITY PLUMBING CODE.
   The following areas shall be exempt from the applicability of the requirements of the City Plumbing Code:
   (a)    All construction work done on the repair, replacement or maintenance of storm sewers.
   (b)    Water softening, conditioning and treatment appliances.
