Permit fees for home improvements as required by this chapter shall be those set forth in the following sections of the City Building Code:
(a) For plumbing, Section 1315.12.
(b) For electrical, Section 1313.09.
(c) For HVAC, Section 1317.10.
(d) Building, Section 1303.04.
