(a) Applications for all electrical and commercial fire alarm low voltage permits shall be accompanied by payment of the following fees:

(2) All other permits | 2.00 per 100 sq. ft. of area served. Minimum fee $50.00. | |
(3) Any requested inspection | 25.00 | |
(4) Reinspection fee for code violation | 50.00 | |
(5) "No Show" reinspection fee | 75.00 | |
(6) Inspections conducted before 8:00 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., on legal holidays and Saturdays and Sundays | 150.00 per hour or portion thereof | |
Commercial | ||
(1) All permits | $ 2.00 per 100 sq. ft. of area served. Minimum fee $100.00. | |
(2) Any requested inspection | 50.00 | |
(3) Reinspection fee for code violation | 75.00 | |
(4) "No Show" reinspection fee | 75.00 | |
(5) Inspections conducted before 8:00 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., on legal holidays and Saturdays and Sundays | 150.00 per hour or portion thereof | |

(b) All fees shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the final approval and/or the certificate of occupancy for the structure.
