975.04 FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION.
   (a)    Single-Family Residential. All single-family residential solid waste shall be collected one time per week unless an emergency situation or a violation of the Sanitation Rules permitted under Section 975.03(c) as determined by the Director of Public Service makes it impossible or impracticable to do so.
   (b)    General Commercial. All general commercial solid waste shall be collected at least one time per week and shall be at sufficient intervals to protect the quality of the environment unless an emergency situation as determined by the Director of Public Service makes it impossible or impracticable to do so. All commercial structures shall receive collection service from either the City or a private collector who is licensed pursuant to Section 975.11.
   (c)    Multi-Family Residential Structures. All solid waste shall be collected at least one time per week and shall be at sufficient intervals to protect the quality of the environment unless an emergency situation or a violation of the Sanitation Rules permitted under Section 975.03(c) as determined by the Director of Public Service makes it impossible or impracticable to do so. If it is determined by the Director of Public Service or his/her designee that one collection is not sufficient due to overfilled or overflowing containers, additional collections or containers may be required and billed after providing ten (10) days written notice to the property owner.
