971.05 RENTAL RATES FOR CITY EVENTS; REDUCED RATES AND CHARGES FOR NON-PROFIT EVENTS.

The rental rates and other fees and charges set forth in Section 971.02 shall not apply to City of Canton events. City of Canton events are events conducted principally by or on behalf of the City of Canton or its departments, boards and commissions for public, governmental and educational purposes.
