949.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, other than nonpayment of charges, or violates any properly promulgated rule, regulation or order authorized by this chapter, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
