All payments of money under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the Special Sewer Fund which is hereby created. Disbursements may be made from the Special Sewer Fund for the payment of advertising, construction of sewers, inspection, rebates for amounts paid by a petitioner in excess of the entire cost as provided for in Section 935.06 and rebates to the petitioner as provided for in Section 935.07. Such disbursements shall be made by the City Auditor from the Special Sewer Fund on vouchers drawn by the City Engineer, and approved by the Director of Public Service. (1964 Code §303.23)
