935.08 SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION; SEWER BECOMES PROPERTY OF CITY.

The City Engineer shall have complete supervision and control of the construction and design of extension of sewers as provided in this chapter, and when the sewer line is completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer, the sewer line as extended shall become the property of the City. (1964 Code §303.22)
