935.01 PETITION TO EXTEND SEWER SYSTEM.

Any person desiring an extension of the present sanitary sewer system may make application by petition stating the name, address, lot number and section of the street in which it is desired to have the sewer extended, to the City Engineer. (1964 Code §303.15)
