921.08 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS.
   The Director of Public Service shall execute a contract with the participating property owners, as well as the general sidewalk contractor, which shall detail the respective obligations of the parties. The contract shall provide at a minimum that the property owners and general sidewalk contractor shall hold the City of Canton free and harmless from any expenses in excess of the responsibilities prescribed in Section 921.03, or liabilities associated with the project. The property owners shall be solely responsible for contracting with the general sidewalk contractor concerning construction of the new or replacement sidewalk, curb or combined curb and gutter and the addition of brick, street lights, trees, tree grates, granite curbs and electrical requirements, if not provided and/or installed by the City of Canton under the terms of the contract.
