905.03 FEES FOR SETTING GRADE.
   (a)   Any person desiring the determination of a grade of any sidewalk or street by the City Engineer shall make application with the fee charges indicated herein. If a second or additional determination of grade is necessary, the same shall be regarded as a new application and shall be accompanied by the required fees.
   (b)   When grade stakes are to be set for the determination of a street grade only, and no street line is to be established, a fee of ten cents (10¢) per lineal foot shall be charged, with a minimum charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per lot for each survey.
   (c)   When grade stakes are to be set for curb or sidewalks, where a definite line and grade is to be determined, a fee of twenty cents (20¢) per lineal foot shall be charged with a minimum charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) per lot for each survey.
   (d)   When stakes are to be set for street lines only, the following fees shall be charged:
   For an interior lot with one frontage, twenty cents (20¢) per foot or part thereof;
   For an interior lot with two frontages, eighteen cents (18¢) per foot or part thereof;
   For a corner lot with three frontages, sixteen cents (16¢) per foot or part thereof; and
   For an open lot with four frontages, fourteen cents (14¢) per foot or part thereof.
