763.09 MANIFESTS OF TRIPS AND FARES AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

(a) Each taxicab company shall install a system requiring the driver to use manifests or records which shall record the origin and destination of each trip and the amount of the fare collected.

(b) Such manifests or records shall be available to the Director for his inspection at any time.
