If the Director determines that there is a violation of Section 551.01, the Director will order the property owner that they must correct the condition within five (5) days, and that if they do not, then Canton will do so at the property owner's expense. The order will also inform the property owner of their right to appeal under Section 551.05, and the potential penalties under Section 551.99.
