(a) A property owner must not permit grass exceeding eight (8) inches in height or noxious weeds to grow, or allow litter, on their land. "Litter" has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 731.51. "Noxious weeds" has the same meaning as in Ohio Administrative Code Section 901:5-37-10. (Ord. 80-2017. Passed 4-10-17.)
(b) Each year the Director will notify all property owners of their obligations under this Chapter by publication in a newspaper of general circulation. "Director" means Director of Public Service or the Director of Public Safety.
