(a) Any person who fails to comply with a subpoena issued by the Fair Employment Practices Board shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(b) Any person who fails to comply with a conciliation agreement or any order issued by the Fair Employment Practices Board as provided in Section 547.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day's noncompliance with any such agreement or order shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(c) Any person who engages in conduct constituting a discriminatory practice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(d) Any person who fails to comply with any requirements of Section 547.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(e) Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of Section 547.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
