(a) No person, partnership, firm or corporation or officer or agent thereof involved in a labor dispute shall employ in place of an employee involved in such labor dispute any person as a replacement worker unless a criminal records check has been requested from the Canton Police Department with respect to such person.
(b) No person, partnership, firm or corporation or officer or agent thereof involved in a labor dispute shall use, appoint or employ a person to provide private security services or otherwise act as a security guard unless a criminal records check has been requested from the Canton Police Department with respect to such person.
(c) No person shall be employed as a replacement worker or provide private security services or act as a security guard for a company involved in a labor dispute if such person has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any offense of violence as defined in Ohio R.C. 2901.01(A)(9).
